Questions
How do I install the game?
Open the Download page: there is the Android app, the iPhone and iPad app, and the browser version that needs no download.
How do I create an account?
Open the game and register on the login screen. You only choose an account name and a password. Pick a password you do not use anywhere else.
I forgot my password. What can I do?
There is no automatic password reset yet, because we do not ask for an email address. Write to [email protected] with your account name and your character names; we will try to confirm that the account is yours and help you get back in.
How do I report a bug?
Use the bug report button in the game menu: it adds technical details that help us fix the problem (see the Privacy policy). You can also tell us on our Discord.
How do I report or block a player?
To block a player, open Community → Blocked and add the name. To report a player, open the Help request window, choose the type that fits (for example bad manners or advertising) and type the name. You can also write to [email protected].
What data do you keep?
Only what the game needs: your account, your characters, security logs and a 30-day chat log for moderation. No payment data is processed. Details are in the Privacy policy.
Delete your account
You can delete your Pandora account at any time. Deleting is permanent: your characters, items, gold and Silk cannot be restored.
How to ask
- Log in to the game with the account you want to delete.
- Open the Help request window, choose Account and write “Delete my account”. Because you send it while logged in, we know the account is yours.
- If you cannot log in, write to [email protected] from the address you want us to answer, with your account name and character names. We may ask questions to confirm the account is yours.
What happens
- We delete the account, its characters, items, gold, Silk, friends, letters and guild membership within 30 days and confirm it to you.
- Chat log entries are deleted when they reach 30 days; copies in database backups disappear within 14 days.
- Records we must keep for security or accounting are kept without your account name.
