What you need
- An iPhone or iPad with iOS 16 or newer.
- A Windows PC or a Mac.
- The USB cable of your iPhone.
- An Apple ID (the account you use for the App Store). A free one is enough.
Prepare the computer
Windows only: install iTunes and iCloud from the Apple website, not the Microsoft Store versions (Sideloadly needs these). The Sideloadly download page links the right versions. On a Mac you can skip this.
Go to sideloadly.io, download Sideloadly and install it. It is free.
Download the iPhone app with the button on this page. Save the file somewhere easy to find, for example the Desktop.
Connect the iPhone
Connect the iPhone to the computer with the USB cable and unlock it.
If the iPhone asks “Trust This Computer?”, tap Trust and type your iPhone passcode.
Install with Sideloadly
Open Sideloadly. Your iPhone appears at the top. If it does not, unlock the iPhone and check the cable.
Drag the downloaded file (pandora-ios.ipa) into the Sideloadly window, or click the IPA icon and pick the file.
In the Apple account field, type the email of your Apple ID. Click Start.
Sideloadly asks for your Apple ID password: type it there. If Apple sends a code to your phone, type the code too.
Wait until Sideloadly says “Done”. The Pandora icon appears on the iPhone.
Allow the app on the iPhone
Open Settings → General → VPN & Device Management. Tap the line with your Apple ID email, then tap Trust.
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Developer Mode, turn it on and let the iPhone restart. After the restart, tap Turn On.
Tap the Pandora icon and log in with your Pandora account.
Every 7 days
With a free Apple ID the app stops opening after 7 days. This is an Apple rule, not a fault. Connect the iPhone and install the app again with Sideloadly, the same way. Your characters are on the server, nothing is lost. Sideloadly can also do this automatically (its automatic refresh option).
Stay safe
- Never give your Apple ID password to anyone: not to Pandora staff, not on Discord. Type it only in Sideloadly.
- Download the app only from this site.
- A free Apple ID can have at most 3 apps like this installed at the same time.
Something does not work?
- Sideloadly does not see the iPhone: unlock it, tap Trust, try another cable or USB port. On Windows, check that iTunes is installed.
- The iPhone says “Untrusted Developer”: do the Trust step again (Settings → General → VPN & Device Management).
- There is no Developer Mode in Settings: it appears after the app is installed with Sideloadly. Install first, then look again.
- The app suddenly does not open: 7 days have passed. Install it again with Sideloadly.
